FAQ

Every piece is made from reclaimed wood, therefore each item will be different. Colors, textures, knots and character marks will always be different from piece to piece, but should be close to the images you see on my Instagram and Facebook accounts and website. This means each sign is unique and makes our handmade items one of a kind. Please keep that in mind when placing your order. Thanks for understanding!


Are these signs made to be used indoor or outdoors?

These signs are made for INDOOR USE ONLY. At this time we are no longer making outdoor signs. Sorry!


How long will it take to receive my order once it is placed?

Every sign is handmade once the order is placed, so our normal turn around time is ABOUT 1-2 weeks + Fed Ex ground shipping (if necessary). Please let us know if you need your items faster and we can try to expedite the production of your item with an additional rush fee. 


Pick-Up

If you are in the Fresno / Clovis area, we offer free pick up. Simply enter your zip code (must be local) at checkout and choose “FREE LOCAL PICKUP”.


Shipping

FedEx is our primary carrier for shipping. The shipping charge is based on the size and weight of the package, as well as the distance the package travels.


Undeliverable Address & Refused Shipments 

We do not require signature for packages. If we receive a package back that was undeliverable due to an incorrect address or a package that was refused, we are not responsible for the shipping costs. 


What is your return policy?

Sorry, we do not take returns. If you are not satisfied with your piece, please email us at harpergrayce@gmail.com. Once the piece is made, the sale is final and cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrectly made. Changes can be made if I have not cut your order, but once cut, we cannot make changes. 


Missing Items / Damaged Products

Each return will be handled on a case by case basis. If there is damage to a sign during shipping, we will replace the part that is damaged, or replace the whole sign if there is significant damage. If letters fall off during shipping, we will send you wood glue to reattach them if needed. Any damaged products or item shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us at harpergrayce@gmail.com if you have received a damaged product. No exchanges will be made after 30 days of invoice date. Customers need to verify the receipt of items at the time their order is received. Any items missing must be communicated within 5 days of receipt.
